Protein Brownies

Let’s face it, you just can’t go wrong with protein brownies. Everyone loves brownies and when they’re a protein version, they’re bound to go down a storm. Whilst I could have made fancy brownies, I thought that I’d make a simple protein brownie recipe that you can adapt by adding in fruit, nuts, chocolate chips etc. Plus, this is super macro friendly and so easy to make!

Protein Banoffee Fudge Mugcake

Whilst I love making protein cakes, sometimes portion control is needed so in steps a good old protein mugcake. I’ve made plenty of mugcakes using whey protein but after receiving some banoffee pea protein from Purely Superfood, I thought it would be a good opportunity to make a mugcake using pea protein and also, making a dairy free mugcake.

I’ve been completely obsessed with Myprotein’s vanilla protein puddings lately..like eating one everyday obsessed. I really didn’t think they’d be anything special, I’m not a pot of pudding type girl and I’ve never been overly fussed by these protein puddings that you can make up and set in the fridge.

Chocolate Salted Caramel Protein Muffins

So apparently I am not bored of salted caramel just yet! Combined with chocolate it really is my favourite thing right now. I was going to make cupcakes but then thought I’d go with muffins because sometimes the flavour is good enough without any frosting and I settled for some edible glitter stars because they’re not just for Christmas y’know 😉

Perfect work snacks, these will cure my chocolate cravings and at only 98kcal each too!
