White chocolate raspberry protein cookies

Cookies! Who doesn’t love a cookie, I think cookies are still my favourite baked good as much as I do love cake. These are made with vitafiber syrup which is the perfect sweetener, binder and also adds a tonne of fibre (hence the name!) so they should keep you fuller for longer along with the higher protein content of these cookies.

Protein Millionaire’s Slices

I’ve been on a real chocolate and caramel kick lately so have been making tonnes of brownies and caramel protein mugcakes but then I thought after making a batch of protein brownies why not make them into more of a millionaire’s slice type bake? I recently purchased Vitafiber syrup and figured this would work well to make a caramel and I was so right! The texture and taste of this is spot on!

Give these a go for a fibre and protein filled treat!
